GPS Share does not collect any data. There is no account, no server, no analytics and no third-party SDKs. Nothing you do in the app is reported to the developer.
With your permission, GPS Share reads workouts and their GPS routes from Apple Health. It asks for read access only, and never adds, changes or deletes anything in Health. Health data is never used for advertising, marketing or data mining, and is never sold or shared with anyone.
If you connect a Garmin watch over USB and choose its folder, GPS Share reads the activity (.fit) files on it. It does not modify or delete them.
Your workouts, your routes, and the GPX files the app creates all stay on your device. A GPX file leaves only when you pick a route and send it somewhere yourself through the iOS share sheet. Where it goes after that is governed by whichever app or service you sent it to.
When you view a route, the map is drawn by Apple Maps, which requests map tiles for the area being shown. Those requests go to Apple under Apple's privacy policy, not to the developer.
The app is not directed at children, and collects no data from anyone.
If this policy changes, the updated version will replace this one.
